The Tongji Law Firm was founded on lawyers with a high quality educational level and rich in experience specializing in all fields of the legal service. All 36 lawyers are college educated，graduating from universities such as Beijing University, China Politics & Law University, East China Politics & Law College, South Western China Politics & Law University, Communication University, Jilin University, Shandong University and many other famous colleges in China. One member has studied in the United Kingdom and another was trained in Hong Kong. The Tongji Law firm includes one Professor, two Vice Professors, four with Master Degrees and six with double bachelor degrees. Other qualifications held are in Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Taxation and International Business. Three Lawyers are Committee Members of the National and Provincial Lawyers Association, while five lawyers are the concurrent arbitrators of the Yantai Arbitration Committee. After an investment of RMB3.6 million for the purchase of its own office in 2001, Tongji Law Firm owns the present working office, 8/F Wenjing Building, which is located in the downtown area of Yantai.
